At the end of December last year, we had the pleasure to meet with people interested in the idea of our project at the Muliplier Event. The meeting took place in Warsaw and during it we presented all the aspects of the "First Steps Into Business Success" project, such as the goals of the project, the results of the Blended Mobility, and above all, our e-learning platform. What's more, we presented Erasmus+ programme, which our audience was very interested in! Thank you very much for coming! See you at the next meetings!
On 10 of December, 2021, Asociación EuropeYou had the pleasure to organize a Multiplier event in Torremolinos, Spain, as part of the KA2 “First Steps Into Business Success”. The event aimed to introduce young people to the main objectives of the project and its results, mainly the e-learning platform and e-learning courses which the consortium elaborated. The public was introduced to the structure of the platform and all materials that could be found there, such as e-learning courses, quizzes to test their knowledge, sections with expert knowledge containing additional information and case studies. Participants got to know more about the main topics which the e-learning courses covered and discussion on the future of eco innovation in business has followed. Later on, after introducing a business plan for eco-innovative enterprises and in particular, the elements of the Business model CANVAS, participants had the chance to work together divided in groups and create their own business models using the framework. They had the chance to present in front of the public their business ideas, trying to convince the others that their eco innovative business would have a success. In addition, participants got to know about various European programmes that support young entrepreneurs and their business plans, as well as learn about some local, regional and national programmes that aim to encourage young people to become entrepreneurs and turn their ideas into successful businesses.
On 15 th December 2021, INVOLVED organized face to face dissemination event at Kesklinna Youth Centre due to the launch of new e-learning platform on youth entrepreneurship. International project - strategic partnership for innovation in the youth sector called „First Steps into Business Success“ has developed e-learning platform together with partners from Poland, Spain, Bulgaria and Estonia for youth aged 18-30. New platform aims at providing youth knowledge and skills in order to start their own enterprises, to learn about eco innovations, but also Fair Trade. It comprises 5 language versions, including English. During the event, we gave overview of the project and on 4 learning modules: eco-innovations in business, business plan of the eco-innovative enterprise, principles of Fair Trade and ways of financing the eco-innovative enterprise. Participants asked many questions, took part in the questionnaire, and got prizes as well. Everyone could also register to the platform. Thank you all for participating!
On Saturday, December 11th, 2021 Association Alternativi International a final conference to present the project “First Steps into Business success ”, its outputs and outcomes to interested stakeholders. The lead person of the conference was Georgi Kuzmanov, vice-chairperson of the organization and he delivered several workshops. Association Alternativi International utilized its existing network and social media resources to promote the event. All participants who took part in the project activities were invited and informed about the event. The main aims and objectives of the event was to promote the projects’ outputs and activities as well as to emphasize the significance of the Erasmus+ programme contribution towards the implementation of the FSIBS. During the event the team presented the project FSIBS and its intellectual outputs: -E-learning courses and the relevant certification to it -The cycle of videos “I will be entrepreneur “ The main aims and objectives of the event was to promote the projects’ outputs and activities as well as to emphasize the significance of the Erasmus+ programme contribution towards the implementation of the FSIBS. The overall objective of this activity was two fold: on the one hand to raise awareness over the project, its objectives and outputs and on the other to create the appropriate conditions for sustainable results, after the funding period. In order to do so, Alternativi involved members of the target group, not limited to their already established network, based on a solid dissemination plan that was developed and accepted by the partnership. It brought together youth workers, volunteers, project managers, trainers, educators, experts and professionals to exchange ideas and experiences on the FSIBS topics and IOs produced. Apart from that the participants had opportunity to share ideas, best, innovative practices and outcome. A lot of interactive activities with labour market reinsertion and inclusive education methodologies and training practices for youth in the field of youth entrepreneurship were presented with great emphasis put on the concept of eco-innovation in business and the idea of Fair Trade. In the afternoon part of the conference, two workshops were delivered to conference participants. At the end of the conference, participants were invited to complete an online evaluation questionnaire.
In November, 2021, Association Alternativi International gathered together a group of young people in Bansko, Bulgaria to share the results of project FIST STEPS INTO BUSINESS SUCCESS". During the meeting the participants learnt more about the project objectives, activities and idea. In addition the E-learning platform was presented with it's structure as well as the cycle of videos. During the meeting the participants had opportunity to enroll in the platform and test the content and validate their learnings
In October, 2021, Asociación EuropeYou gathered together a group of young people in Torremolinos, Spain. The public learnt more about the project objectives, activities and in particular, were invited to subscribe to the e-learning platform which the consortium has elaborated in the framework of the project. Participants got to know more about the several topics which the courses covered as well as see how the platform is divided and what kind of information could be found there. They all agreed that materials are not only structured in an interesting way, but also information there is very useful and relevant for young people who would like to become an entrepreneur.

In August 2021 Georgi Kumanov from Alternativi International presented the project FSIBS to a group of youth leaders via zoom meeting. The meeting was held online due to the difficult situation related to COVID-19. During the meeting Georgi Kuzmanov presented the online platform, the educational modules and the video courses. During the meeting we provided live enrolling to the platform and took one of the educational modules.
As part of our 'First Steps Into Business Success' project, we had the pleasure of organising a Blended Mobility which took place from 8 to 16 July near Warsaw, Poland. The purpose of meeting for those few sunny summer days was: - to equip young people at the age from 18 to 30 years old (school graduates, university students, unemployed youth) in entrepreneurial skills - the knowledge connected with setting up their own companies, eco-innovations in business and the idea of Fair Trade through the undertaking by them e-learning course and attending the training in the field of eco-innovations in business lead by professional trainers during the blended mobility of young people; - presenting youth the benefits of self-employment; - activation of young people on the labor market; - sharing good practices in the field of innovation including eco-innovation in bussiness. Moreover, during the meeting we presented to the participants the results of our cooperation to date within the framework of the "First Steps Into Business Success" project, in particular the e-learning platform www.fsibs.com INVOLVED Asociación EuropeYou Alternativi International
In July 2021 Alternativi International organized workshop with youth workers and presented the project FSIBS with it's e-larning and video educational materials. ALso during the workshop the faclitators presented the consepts of "Business plan of eco-innovative enterprise" and different ways of financing of eco-innovative enterprises. In the first part the participants got familiar step by step how to create good business plan of the innovative eco-enterprise. What is more several mooc's were presented and connected with preparation of youth to start their own businesses. In the second part of the workshop the participants got familiar with the possibilities/sources of financing eco-innovative enterprises. Moreover, this included descriptions of programmes and tools that enable reciving the funding to set up and run enterprises for example ''Horizon 2020'' and ''Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs''.
In the end of May, 2021, Asociación EuropeYou had the chance to present the project “First Steps Into Business Success” to a group of people in Málaga, Spain. The public was introduced to the main aim of the project and the recently released e-learning modules that the consortium have elaborated. Youngsters were invited to learn more about the topics which the courses cover and share them between people who might be interested in eco-innovative enterprises, business plans, fair trade, as well as different ways for financing their business ideas. The public also watched some of the videos which the consortium has prepared as part of the e-learning courses, and all agreed that they are very interesting and information contained there relevant.
During an international activity on 18 of May 2021, Mr.Kuzmanov – coordinator of KA2 FSIBS organized workshop with youth workers on Principles of Fair Trade. During the workshop the participants got familiar with the concept as well as with the mechanisms of functioning of Fair Trade, they also got familiar with safe and based on respect trading practices, which increased their knowledge and awareness about Fairtrade products both as a consumers and potential, future entrepreneurs.
In May, 2021,Alternativi International had the pleasure to present the recently released platform and video courses of FSIBS project to young people. The event took place online due to the current imposed restrictions in the region due to the rise of the COVID-19 wave. The chapters of the E-learning were presented to the young people, together with different non-formal activities that can be used for the delivering training.
From 20.02.21 to 21.02.21 took place the #Intermediate meeting of the ka 205 project ''First Steps Into Business Success'', which was hosted by Alternativi International in Sofia, Bulgaria . In this meeting took part representatives of Asociación EuropeYou, Alternativi International, and Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza. Unfortunately, due to current restrictions representatives of INVOLVED weren't able to attend the meeting. Together, with project partners, we had the opportunity to meet and discuss the current state of the project, recall the dissemination plan and evaluation strategy. During the meeting, we also discussed the # e-learning platform with the set of 4 e-learning modules (IO2) and videos IO3 realized so far by the project consortium. What is more, the crucial point of the meeting was to plan the upcoming blendedmobility of young people in Poland To recall, this project is coordinated by Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza and other project partners are INVOLVED , Alternativi International and Asociación EuropeYou . The major objective of the project ''First Steps Into Business Success'' will be to equip young people in entrepreneurial skills- the knowledge connected with setting up their own companies, eco-innovations in business, and the idea of Fair Trade throughout the undertaking by them e-learning course and attending the training in the field of eco-innovations in the business lead by professional trainers during the blended mobility of young people.
From 15.08.20 to 16.08.20 in Malaga (Spain), took place the kick-off meeting of 2 years project strategic partnership in the field of innovation KA 205 entitled ‘’First Steps Into BusinessSuccess’’ financed by Erasmus+ founds.The major aim of the project is to equip young people in entrepreneurial skills- the knowledge connected with setting up their own companies, eco-innovations in business and the idea of Fair Trade through the undertaking by them e-learning course and attending the training the field of eco-innovations in the business lead by professional trainers during the blended mobility of young people. In the meeting took part in the representatives of the coordinating organization from Poland (Warszawska Izba Gospodarcza) as well as partner organizations from Spain, Asociación EuropeYou (hosting organization), Bulgaria, Alternativi International. Due to the current situation connected with COVID 19 pandemic and imposed restrictions representatives of the organization from Estonia INVOLVED took place in the meeting via online tool- Teams. During the two-days meeting, project partners discussed to the greatest extend the project objectives and project schedule, together with the project coordinator discussed the obligations of each partner. They systematized the communication and dissemination plan via the project, establish deadlines till next project meetings, and the deadlines of the production of intellectual outputs (e-learning platform with e-learning course, consisting of 4-e-learning modules and cycle of 4 videos ‘’I will be an entrepreneur’’).
